Scope

• ALLOWED: animals, humans, elves, dinosaurs, dragons, monsters, aliens & other ancient or fantasy creatures. Some limited backgrounds and conceptual art (e.g. fantasy items, swords, etc.) OCs & fanart requests are welcome with adequate reference &/or description. Some R-rated violence & gore. Artistic nudity or suggestive themes.

• NOT ALLOWED: sexual violence, NSFW / pornographic content, underage NSFW or anything suggestive of underage content.

• NO Mecha / Machines / Space Ships / Vehicles. Small details (e.g. steampunk goggles, mechanical limbs, etc.) are fine. Mechanical details require more time to draw than my disability allows. It would be exorbitantly expensive to request. Sorry!

• Detailed backgrounds may be requested for additional cost & time to completion. (Within reason-- no Where's Waldo or Studio Ghibli Howl's Moving Castle level of details, please.)

• Multiple figures & groups may be requested at an additional cost & time to completion.

Prices

• Prices are United States Dollars (USD).• Prices are a suggested range that depends on the complexity & details.• Based on the State of Colorado Minimum Wage.

Payment

Simple Sketches and Drawings Less Than $50• Payments may be made through Venmo or PayPal.• Payment is due in full up front.• Once the commission is started (from the process of sketching), it cannot be refunded in full.• Once the commission is completed it cannot be refunded in part or at all.• Minor corrections & adjustments may be requested within reason (< 20 minutes ).

Paintings and Drawings Greater than $50• Payments may be made through PayPal through the Invoice method only.• Payment may be made half up front and half upon completion.• Once the commission is started (from the process of sketching), it cannot be refunded in full.• Once the commission is completed it cannot be refunded in part or at all.• Minor corrections & adjustments may be requested, within reason (< 1 hour).

Process

• Due to disability, commission space is extremely limited.• Due to disability, commissions will only be accepted from mid May to early November.• Commissions may take as little as two weeks, but should take no more than one (1) month to complete from contract acceptance. Time to completion may be slower than expected during extreme weather shifts due to chronic illness. I will immediately notify the Commissioner if any unavoidable delay occurs.• I will begin work only after receiving payment. I will make rough sketch(es) to verify concept, layout, & details with the Commissioner to make any changes needed before finalizing line work, colors, painting, etc.• Major changes (changing a pose, adding or removing details, emotions, additional figures, backgrounds, other items, etc.) MUST be done during the early Sketching process. Reworking major elements later in the process would greatly increase the time (and therefore cost).• Minor changes (color & brightness adjustments, minor adjustment to lines, addition of small details such as jewelry, tattoos, etc.,) are allowed within reason (less than 20 minutes for artwork under $50, less than 1 hour for artwork over $50).• Upon completion of the commission, I will send the commissioner high-resolution file of the work via email. Process files are available at additional cost.• If for ANY REASON I am unable to begin the Commissioner's request, the Comissioner's initial payment will be refunded IN FULL .

Rights & Usage

• Commissioners may upload and/or share the Commission done for them to any personal site or gallery as long as the artist (@1dTen) is credited. Including links to my Twitter/Pixiv is most welcome.• Commissioners may use the work as icons, wallpapers, themes, avatars, etc. without requesting permission. Please credit the artist (@1dTen) wherever possible.• Commissioners may NOT claim or represent the Commission as their own work, sell, or redistribute it.• Commissioners may NOT edit, trace, or redraw the Commission itself in any way.• Commissions are for Personal Use ONLY unless additional usages are discussed & signed for, at additional cost, under contract between the artist (@1dTen) and the Commissioner, BEFORE completion of the Commission.
